By accessing our website or purchasing from our store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
The content of our store (product images, descriptions, pricing) is subject to change without prior notice.
2. Product Information
All our products are carefully handpicked and sourced from international thrift or vintage suppliers.
We do not claim any trademark or brand authenticity unless mentioned otherwise.
Each item may have slight variations or imperfections due to its unique nature.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed are in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We accept payments via secure gateways such as Razorpay, Cashfree, and other trusted providers.
In case of any payment failure, please retry after a few minutes or contact us for support.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 4–7 working days depending on the location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or public holidays.
Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or email.
5. Return & Exchange Policy
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed terms.
Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items received.
We do not accept returns for thrifted or preloved items due to size or minor wear variations.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.
After shipping, cancellations are not possible.
Refunds for prepaid cancellations are processed within 3–5 business days.
7. Accuracy of Information
We strive to display accurate product information, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, or availability are always error-free.
If an error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it or cancel the order before dispatch.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All images, graphics, and content on this website are owned or licensed to Youngfunky Thrifts.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any material without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our website or products purchased.
All products are sold “as-is,” and customers are responsible for proper use and maintenance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Goa, India courts.
