Refund policy

We offer a 7-day replacement or return policy for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.

To request a return:

Email or WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused and in original condition with tags.
We do not accept returns for size or color issues on thrift/preloved items, as each piece is unique.

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method after the product is received and inspected.
